He was born on June 15, 1995 in the village Drahanivka, Ternopil district, Ternopil region. He graduated from Pochapyn Secondary School.

2017-2019 - Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, specialty: Teacher of History and Archeology, Master.

2018 - Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University, graduate student of the Faculty of Pedagogy and Psychology, candidate of the degree of Philosophical Sciences.

At the students' trade union conference on October 16, 2019, he was elected chairman of the primary trade union organization of students.

Duties of the chairman of the trade union of students

1. Represents the primary trade union organization in the relations of the trade union committee with other bodies and organizations without vicarial powers.

2. Convenes and conducts meetings of the trade union committee, presidium, organizes the preparation of the necessary materials for them, signs the decisions and minutes of meetings.

3. Makes proposals to the trade union committee on the division of responsibilities between the deputy chairmen of the trade union committee, approves their job responsibilities and other employees of the trade union committee.

4. Holds a personal reception of trade union members, organizes consideration of applications, proposals and comments, gives instructions to members of the trade union, trade-union activist on the activities of the primary trade union organization.

5. Organizes training of trade-union activists, its informing and instructing.

6. Signs a collective agreement on behalf of the trade union committee.

7. On behalf of the trade union committee manages the funds of the primary trade union organization within the allocations provided for in its budget. Annually reports to the meeting of the trade union committee on the expenditure of funds according to the approved budget.

8. Ensures the implementation of decisions of the highest level of trade union bodies.

9. Submits reports to the highest body of the trade union in the prescribed forms.

10. Organizes record keeping of the primary trade union organization, ensures the formation and storage of the archive.

11. Performs other functions on behalf of the trade union committee and the presidium.

If the chairman is absent, his duties are performed by the first deputy, and in if both of them are absent, the functions of the head are performed by the second deputy. If both the chairman and deputies are absent, their functions are performed by a representative of this body authorized by the trade union committee.
