Admission of foreign students to the University is conducted both offline and/or online. 

The educational process is conducted offline.

The process of studying is conducted in Ukrainian or English. 

Invitation for Study  

To receive an invitation for study, a foreign student needs to send the following documents to the email pk@tnpu.edu.ua:

• Application form (print the template);
• A copy of the passport (first page) with a notarized translation into Ukrainian;
• A copy of the previous education diploma  with a notarized translation into English;
• A copy of the diploma supplement or certificate with a notarized translation into Ukrainian;
• written consent of data processing (print the template).

After receiving approval from Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University (TNPU) and making the payment for the invitation, a candidate will receive an invitation for entering Ukraine for study purposes.

1. Contacting the Ukrainian Embassy:

• Apply to the Embassy of Ukraine in your or a neighboring country for an entry visa for study in Ukraine.
• Attach a scanned copy of the educational document with grades.

2. Processing Time:

• The processing of the entry visa takes approximately one month; 
•  Send the required documents listed in the “Invitation for Study” section no later than two months before the start of classes.

3. After Receiving the Visa:

After obtaining the “D” visa for study, inform the Educational and Scientific Center of International Education and Cooperation about the arrival date.
