Educational and scientific center of education quality (further in the text – Center) is a structural unit of Ternopil Volodymyr Hnatiuk National Pedagogical University. Its activity is determined by the legislation of Ukraine, The Law of Ukraine “On Highter Education”, regulatory documents of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine, The Statute of the University, decisions of the Scientific Council, The Provision on the Educational and Scientific Center of Education Quality, orders and instructions of the rector and vice-rectors, whose activities are directly related to education process. 

The activity of the Center is based on the principles of scientificity, democracy, collegiality, continuity, information openness and tolerance. 

Center’s objectives comprise quality assurance of educational services, professional development of scientific and pedagogical workers, pedagogical workers, methodological and consulting support of licensing and accreditation procedures, implementation of the strategic goals of the University to improve the quality of education according to the requirements of the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance (NAQA), stakeholders, Standards of Higher Education and Licensing Terms of educational activity.
