Department of Technical Teaching Aids (TTA)

The Department of Technical Teaching Aids is a structural division of the university. It carries out educational, methodological, organizational, and administrative functions in collaboration with the university`s Methodological Council, faculties, and departments. Its mission is to improve the educational process by implementing and utilizing advanced methods and technical teaching aids (TTA).
Main Tasks of the Department
- Coordinate the university's efforts to implement technical teaching aids and monitor their proper use.
- Ensure preventive maintenance, repair, and smooth operation of technical teaching aids across the institution.
- Equip classrooms, laboratories, and other educational facilities with technical teaching aids.
- Consolidate requests from departments and other units to acquire technical teaching aids.
- Manufactured and supplied technical teaching aids based on departmental requests to meet current educational needs.
- Design, produce, and integrate new technical teaching aids into the educational process.
- Collaborate with the Methodological Council to study, systematize, and disseminate best practices in using technical teaching aids at the university and in other institutions.
- Develop and implement long-term, annual, and current plans for integrating technical teaching aids into the educational process.
- Conduct workshops and seminars for faculty and support staff to share best practices in utilizing technical teaching aids.
- Allocate new technical teaching aids and redistribute existing ones among departments and units.
- Managed and maintained specialized classrooms equipped with technical teaching aids during classes.
