Biography:Born in Ternopil, Ukraine.In 1992, he graduated from Secondary School No. 5 in Kremenets, Ternopil region, and enrolled in the Faculty of Physics and Mathematics at Ternopil State Pedagogical Institute. He obtained a degree as a "Teacher of Mathematics and Informatics."From 1996 to 1997, he worked as an informatics teacher at Ternopil Pedagogical Lyceum.From 1997 to October 1999, he served as an inspector in the Computerization Department of the State Tax Administration in Ternopil.On December 22, 1999, he was appointed as the Head of the Computerization Department at Ternopil Pedagogical University named after Volodymyr Hnatiuk.Between 2000 and 2002, he worked as a systems developer at "Rovex" LLC.Duties and Responsibilities:1. Ensures the operational status of computer equipment, local networks, operating systems, and both system and application software (hereafter referred to as software).2. Maintains and services computer and network equipment, performing diagnostics and preventive measures to identify and eliminate potential malfunctions.3. Installs operating systems and software used in the educational process, while removing unauthorized software that could distort or destroy official data.4. Identifies the causes of technical failures, prepares recommendations for their resolution, and implements preventative measures.5. Ensures the high quality and reliability of used equipment, aiming to increase the efficiency of computers and other devices within the university.6. Participates in budget planning for the university's technical equipment, prepares procurement requests, and assesses the need for new acquisitions.7. Provides consultative assistance to university leadership regarding the procurement of equipment, considering workload and practical needs.8. Offers guidance to employees, conducts consultations, and provides training on the usage of equipment and software.9. Executes all additional directives from university management related to the scope of work.
