He was born in Ternopil on 23 April 1970. He completed his secondary education at Ternopil Secondary School No. 12, graduating in 1985. After fulfilling his military service in the Soviet Army, he enrolled at the Faculty of General Technical Disciplines at Ternopil State Pedagogical Institute, where he graduated in 1996.Between 1990 and 2003, he held various positions at Ternopil State Pedagogical University. Since 2003, he has served as Vice-Rector of Ternopil State Pedagogical University.
Duties of the Vice-Rector for Social and Economic Development
1. To carry out general management and supervision of catering facilities at the university.2. To ensure the provision of material, technical, energy, and transportation support for the university.3. To control the safety of property on the balance sheet of the university, fire and safety equipment in the units.4. To manage and control the security service.5. To manage and control the work of engineering services of the university.6. To plan and timely carry out capital, current repairs and reconstruction in academic buildings, dormitories and other premises, timely provide all units with equipment and inventory materials necessary for their activities, control the expenditure of funds allocated for these purposes.7. To develop comprehensive plans for the socio-economic development of the university, controls their implementation.
